Capabilities include brass forging upto 70 lbs & aluminum forging upto 30 lbs in wide variety of shapes & sizes. Short, medium & long run screw machining upto 60 mm diameter. Heat treating of forged parts & chemical, vibratory & blast cleaning. Facilities include heat treating furnaces calibrated to MIL-H-6088 standards, automatic screw machines using CNC slides & pick-off attachments, CNC turning centers & auto-bar fed rotary transfer machine.
