Custom aluminum extruder & fabricator including: punching, welding, drilling, knurling, deburring, slotting, mitering, milling, roll straightening, bending & cut-to-length with tight tolerances. 3500 ton press capable of extruding simple stock shapes to complex custom designs. 12" circle size allows the flexibility to do a 12" sign panel or a 1/2" rod. Alloys in the 6000 series, heat treating up to 53', many special tempers. Computer designed dies processed with liquid nitrogen injection process for a higher level of heat control. ISO 9001-2000.
